GENERAL PROVISIONS
User: the owner of the apartments of Finca La Vida Loca
Counterparty: the guests who enter into a rental agreement with Finca La Vida Loca.
The owner of the Finca La Vida Loca can be replaced by a (temporary) representative.
HOUSE RULES
The apartment is described on the website fincalavidaloca.com This website has been compiled with the utmost care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation in and around the apartments at the time of the visit by the guest(s). No rights can be derived by the guests from such differences.
The minimum stay in an apartment is 3 nights in June, July, August and September. The other months the minimum stay is 2 nights.
The apartments are accessible 24 hours a day. Each apartment has its own entrance
It is forbidden to let third parties use the apartments. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the apartments without the permission of the user and without paying extra.
The apartment must be in a clean condition upon departure. Before the start, the user will make an inventory. If the room deviates so much from the inventory upon departure, the user can charge the additional replacement or cleaning costs to the other party.
Household waste must be deposited in the designated container.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside.
Small pets are not allowed.
Barbecuing is not allowed on the private terrace.
The consumption of self-brought drinks and food is not permitted in public areas.
Check-in is from 15:00 until 23:00 at the latest. Check-out is until 11:00 at the latest. These times can be adjusted after consultation.
The other party can park the car in the available parking spaces on the premises. Parking is at your own risk.
All risks relating to staying in or around the apartments, including in or around the swimming pool, are the responsibility of the other party.
Damage or loss of immovable property owned by the user must be reported and compensated to the user.
The counterparty must follow the user's instructions.
After 11pm you must not cause any noise nuisance, either inside or outside your apartment.
In the event of inappropriate behaviour, the user may deny and/or refuse the other party access to the apartment complex with immediate effect, without further notice or statement of reasons and without reimbursement of accommodation costs.
RATES
The rates include water, VAT, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
When booking the El Gecko Grande apartment for less than 3 days, a final cleaning fee of Euro 40 is due.
The rates do not include the costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs.
The apartment rates are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.
All information on the Finca La Vida Loca website is deemed to have been provided in good faith and is always subject to interim adjustments. Finca La Vida Loca is not bound by obvious errors on its website.
Offers are never valid in combination with other offers.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
On our site you can indicate a preference for the desired accommodation(s).
After receiving your reservation request, we will contact you within 24 hours.
Your reservation is only final when a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay has been paid into our account within 10 days of receipt of our message.
After receiving the deposit, we will finalize the reservation with a confirmation and your reservation will therefore be final.
Once a reservation has been confirmed through an affiliated external party, a rental agreement has also been concluded.
There are no additional booking fees charged.
Remaining accommodation costs must be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.
Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation must always be communicated in writing to Finca La Vida Loca by email info@fincalavidaloca.com.
If you cancel more than 1 month before the start date of your reservation, we will refund the full deposit to your account.
If for any reason Finca La Vida Loca is unable to rent out the reserved room, another apartment or similar accommodation will be offered in consultation.
COMPLAINTS
The counterparty is always entitled to submit its grievances by means of a complaint to Finca La Vida Loca. The latter must always handle a complaint adequately and with due haste, so that the complaint is handled according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, Finca La Vida Loca is entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part or to temporarily suspend it without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, uprising, molestation, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, death of one of the owners or close family members, etc. under which full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be demanded of Finca La Vida Loca.
LIABILITY
Finca La Vida Loca cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the other party or third parties as a result of staying in the accommodation.
Finca La Vida Loca is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation such as disruptions and failures of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction and/or road works in the vicinity of the apartment complex that are not announced or announced too late.
Finca La Vida Loca can only be held liable for damage that is due to gross negligence or neglect of the aforementioned.
Finca La Vida Loca is an Adults Only accommodation.
Should such a problem occur, this is always limited to direct damage and any form of consequential damage is excluded. The liability of Finca La Vida Loca is further limited to the maximum amount that the insurer of Finca La Vida Loca will pay out in the event in question.
PRIVACY
Finca La Vida Loca will treat all personal data provided to or made known to it confidentially and will not make it freely available to third parties.
