GENERAL PROVISIONS
User: the owner of the apartments of Finca La Vida Loca
Other party: the guests who conclude a rental agreement with Finca La Vida Loca.
The owner of Finca La Vida Loca can be replaced by a (temporary) representative.
HOUSEHOLD RULES
The apartment is described on the website fincalavidaloca.com. This website has been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the current situation in and around the apartments at the time of the visit by the guests). The guests cannot derive any rights from such differences.
The minimum stay in an apartment is 3 nights in June, July, August and September. The other months the minimum stay is 2 nights.
The apartments are accessible 24 hours a day. The apartments each have their own entrance
It is prohibited to allow third parties to use the apartments. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the apartments without the user's permission and not without an additional charge.
The apartment must be in a clean condition upon departure. Before the start
a recording list is created by the user. If the room at
departure deviates so much from the recording state, the user can pay the extra
charge replacement or cleaning costs to the other party.
You must deposit household waste in the appropriate container.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is allowed outside.
Small pets are not allowed.
Barbecuing is not allowed on the private terrace.
Consuming drinks and food you bring yourself is not permitted in public areas.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM until 11:00 PM at the latest. Check-out is possible until 11:00 am. These times can be adjusted after mutual consultation.
The other party can park the car in the parking spaces available on site. Parking is at your own risk.
All risks relating to a stay in or around the apartments, including in or around the swimming pool, are borne by the other party.
Damage or loss of movable property owned by the user will be reported and must be compensated to the user.
The other party must follow the user's instructions.
After 11 p.m. you must not cause noise pollution either in or outside your apartment.
The user can deny and/or refuse access to the apartment complex with immediate effect in the event of inappropriate behavior, without further notice and stating reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.
PRICES
The rates include water, VAT, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
When booking the El Gecko Grande apartment for less than 3 days, a final cleaning fee of EUR 40 is due.
The rates do not include the costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs.
Rates for the apartments are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.
All entries on the Finca La Vida Loca website are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim adjustments. Finca La Vida Loca is not bound by apparent errors on its website.
Offers are never valid in combination with other offers.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
You can indicate your preference for the desired accommodation(s) on our site.
After receiving your reservation request, we will contact you within 24 hours.
Your reservation is only final when an advance of 50% of the total amount of the stay has been paid into our account within 10 days of receiving our message.
After receiving the advance payment, we finalize the reservation with a confirmation and your reservation is therefore final.
After a reservation has been confirmed via an affiliated external party, a rental agreement has also been concluded.
No additional booking fees will be charged.
Remaining accommodation costs must be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.
Payments are made via bank transfer or credit card.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation must at all times be communicated to Finca La Vida Loca in writing via email info@fincalavidaloca.com.
If you cancel more than 1 month before the start date of your reservation, we will refund the full deposit to your account.
If, for whatever reason, Finca La Vida Loca is not able to rent out the reserved room, another apartment or similar accommodation will be offered in consultation.
COMPLAINTS
The other party is always entitled to submit its grievances to Finca La Vida Loca by means of a complaint. This must always handle a complaint adequately and with due speed, so that the complaint is handled according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
In the event of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, Finca La Vida Loca is entitled to dissolve or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, rebellion, molestation, strikes, boycott, disruptions in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions , death of one of the owners or close family members, etc., under which full or partial compliance with the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be expected from Finca La Vida Loca.
LIABILITY
Finca La Vida Loca cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the other party or third parties as a result of the stay in the accommodation.
Finca La Vida Loca is not liable for disruptions in and around the accommodation, such as disruptions and failures of power and water supplies and technical installations, construction and/or road works in the vicinity of the apartment complex that are not announced or announced untimely.
Finca La Vida Loca can only be held liable for damage that is due to the gross negligence or negligence of the aforementioned.
Finca La Vida Loca is an Adults Only accommodation.
If such a problem occurs, this is always limited to direct damage and any form of consequential damage is excluded. The liability of Finca La Vida Loca is furthermore limited to the maximum amount that the insurer of Finca La Vida Loca will pay out in the appropriate case.
PRIVACY
Finca La Vida Loca will treat all personal data provided or made known to it confidentially and will not make it freely available to third parties.
