HOUSEKEEPING REGULATION

The apartment is described on the website fincalavidaloca.com. This website has been carefully compiled, but there may be differences between the text and/or images presented on the site and the actual situation in and around the apartments at the time of the guest's visit. Guests cannot claim any rights based on such discrepancies.

The minimum stay in an apartment is 3 nights in June, July, August, and September. For other months, the minimum stay is 2 nights.

The apartments are accessible 24 hours a day. Each apartment has its own entrance.

It is forbidden to allow third parties to use the apartments. Visitors may not stay overnight without permission from the user and without additional payment.

The apartment should be left in a clean state upon departure. At the start, the user makes an inventory list. If the room differs significantly from this inventory at check-out, the user can charge extra replacement or cleaning costs to the other party.

Please dispose of household waste in the designated container.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment but is permitted outside.

Pets are not allowed.

Barbecuing is not allowed on your own terrace.

The consumption of self-brought beverages and food items is not permitted in public areas.

Check-in can take place from 14:00 to 23:00. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 at the latest. These times may be adjusted upon mutual agreement.

The other party may park their car on the available parking spaces on the premises. Parking is at your own risk.

All risks related to staying in or around the apartments, as well as near the swimming pool, are the responsibility of the other party.

Damage and loss of movable property belonging to the user must be reported and compensated by the other party.

The other party is required to follow the instructions of the user.

No noise disturbance should be caused inside or outside your apartment after 23:00.

The user may deny access to the apartment complex to the other party without further notice, reason, or refund of accommodation costs for inappropriate behavior.
