Welcome to Finca La Vida Loca.

We would like everyone to be able to enjoy the peace, privacy, and relaxed atmosphere of our finca to the fullest. Therefore, we ask our guests to respect the following house rules.

Finca La Vida Loca is an Adults Only accommodation.

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM at the latest.

Check-out must take place no later than 11:00 a.m.

Would you like to arrive earlier or depart later? Please contact us in advance. If the schedule allows, we will be happy to see what is possible.

Each apartment has its own private entrance and is accessible 24 hours a day during your stay.

The apartment is exclusively intended for the guests registered at the time of booking.

Visitors are only allowed with permission from Finca La Vida Loca.

It is not allowed to let other people stay overnight in the apartment without our prior consent.

Any additional costs will be discussed with you in advance.

We kindly ask you to treat the apartment, furniture, and amenities with care.

If anything gets damaged or stops working properly during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. Accidents happen, and we would like to find an appropriate solution together.

Upon departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.

If extraordinary cleaning or repairs are necessary due to careless use, the related costs can be charged.

We care about our environment and therefore ask you to sort the waste.

Household waste should be deposited in the designated waste containers.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

Smoking is allowed outside, provided it does not disturb other guests.

We ask you to fully extinguish cigarettes and to deposit them exclusively in a suitable ashtray.

When smoking in an apartment, any additional cleaning costs may be charged.

Pets are not allowed.

The swimming pool is intended for the guests of Finca La Vida Loca.

Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk, within the limits of applicable legal rules.

We ask you to consider other guests and respect the quiet atmosphere around the pool.

Glass and breakable items are not permitted by the swimming pool.

Food and drinks brought by yourself may be consumed in your own apartment and on your private terrace.

Consuming self-brought food and drinks in the common areas and by the pool is not allowed.

Barbecuing on the private terrace or elsewhere on the property is not allowed, unless Finca La Vida Loca has expressly given permission for this.

As a guest, you can make use of the designated parking spaces on the premises.

We kindly request that you park only in the designated areas and ensure that other vehicles are not obstructed.

Parking is at your own risk.

Rust is an important part of the stay at Finca La Vida Loca.

We therefore ask you to consider other guests throughout the day.

Between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the night rest applies. During these hours, we ask you to keep noise inside and outside the apartment to a minimum.

Parties, events, and other activities that may cause noise pollution are not permitted without prior consent.

We ask you to report any damage, defects or missing items to us as soon as possible.

Damage caused by a guest or their fellow guests, which is demonstrably proven, may be charged.

Normal wear and tear is of course not included.

We ask you to always follow the instructions of Finca La Vida Loca regarding safety, accommodation, and common facilities.

Do not leave candles or other open flames burning when leaving the apartment and switch off appliances when reasonably necessary.

Finca La Vida Loca stands for peace, privacy and hospitality.

We therefore kindly request that every guest treat other guests, our staff, the accommodation and the surroundings with respect.

In the event of serious or repeated violations of the house rules, dangerous behavior, or serious nuisance, Finca La Vida Loca reserves the right to take appropriate measures and, if necessary, terminate the stay.

In the event of a refund, it will be assessed in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal provisions.

We hope that these house rules contribute to a relaxed stay for everyone.
